Would not recommend. The people were polite, which is the only reason this isn’t a one-star review, but the actual appraisal experience was incredibly frustrating. If your property requires any level of critical thinking or has characteristics that don’t fit perfectly into a cookie-cutter formula, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
