I recently did a 12 hour ride along with Lynch EMS in Anaheim, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had the privilege of riding with Sierra and Camille. They picked me up because I was having a hard time breathing. I live in The Unincorporated Area Of Anaheim and I should not be getting a bill from no ambulance service. They need to read the Orange County Unincorporated area Belling for ambulance.
Worse experience with Hunter Vandre, he was very unprofessional, careless and rude. This is not the correct profession for you if you’re not having any bedside manner. Moving the patient as if she wasn’t in pain. Hunter seemed confused as to how to perform his job and slammed our home door TWICE as he transported my grandmother who is on hospice to our home. The case manager had to address the issue and ask what the reason was for Hunter slamming our door shut was all about; however no apology at all from him.
I do not remember the name of the woman that I spoke with over the telephone today but I wanted to write a review to stare that she was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I was calling regarding a billing issue, which I thought would be very complicated to explain and even more complicated to resolve however, she made it extremely simple, explained everything in detail, and came up with a suitable solution.
