RUDE, LOUD, AND GENERALLY A DISAPPOINTMENT The leasing staff is dismissive and refuses to adhere to their own leasing agreements. Other tenants are not held accountable for their mess, noise, etc. Units are very overpriced especially considering how exceptionally cheaply built they are. I have had noise issues since DAY 1, and have reported in excess of 10 times (with video!). The only response is either flat out being ignored, or telling me to call maintenance so they can "witness it" even though the lease clearly states th... read more
