Move in process was smooth for the most part. Staff is very nice. Communication lacked towards the end. I sent two emails to the office management team and both went unanswered. Like we had signed a lease so we were out of sight out of mind. Other than that everything was good.
We lived at Lynbrook Apartments and Townhomes for 3 years, and it truly felt like home. Moving away was the hardest part of leaving Omaha because we loved our place at Lynbrook so much. The staff are professional and always kind, the neighbors are friendly, and the whole community is very family-friendly. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, just walking around it makes you feel happy and relaxed. Maintenance is excellent and respectful, and the homes are clean and well kept. Generally very friendly staff and usually they have prompt maintenance. Great part of town!
