The absolute worst place I’ve ever been to for my nails or feet. The staff was incredibly rude and the customer service was unacceptable. The technician who worked with me barely acknowledged me the entire time. She would toss things around me rather than communicate with me—for example, she tossed the towel used underneath my hands directly over my phone. If I could give them a 0. I would. The worst place Every. The manger is so rude. Her staff is very mean. They demand a TIP from you. Please don't use your credit card. They charge you for that too. First time going there, I will never go back. It is a lovely nail shop on kirby and knight around. They are sweet lovely people. The only reason I went to Lyna's was for my sister. Never, ever again. Lina is 🤌 Awesome personality and listens to what you want. Love her so much ❤️ I heard her deal with a difficult & whiny client & I felt so bad for her. Y'all- don't be difficult! These folks work hard!!! Also- They all seem wonderful. I highly recommend this place.
Dip nail all the ladies are friendly. I followed Niki to this location. She always remembers how I like length & shape. Had Acrylic nails manager switched me to the dip. I do like it better.
