I bought a new track home construction in 2017. It came with home automation controller that started having issues Dec.2020. Called the company and they directed me to contact the installer, Lynali Electric, and they even escalated case numbers to him. Left 2 messages with his assistant the first 2 week before he literally just stopped taking ANY calls.
