Have been waiting since December 18 for them to refund my money now they just don't reply back! Great customer service
Bought 3 batteries last year. Had one go bad on me back in the start of June this year and have been trying to get ahold of someone since. Talked to Connor in June and he said they didn’t have stock. I’m sure there’s a 100AH battery somewhere. “dont know what to tell ya man sorry” was his words. This has been the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I have been extremely pleased with my Lynac Lithium purchase from the start. Great communication with Connor to find the right battery for me, fast shipping. Batteries have been outstanding. I am running the 100ah True Series in a 36v configuration for my trolling motor on my bass boat. The batteries have kept me on the water for countless 12+ hour trips on the Great Lakes and do not skip a beat in heavy current, easily moving my boat against current and allowing me to spot lock for hours. We are exceptionally pleased with our 200 Ah Lynac battery for a remote east coast project. The Lynac battery technology has proven to be superbly reliable in our harsh coastal environnement. Lynac customer support has been excellent as well. The Lynac batteries are an excellent value while delivering exceptional performance in their class.
