Very efficient office & great doctor. My husband and I have both had carpel tunnel, knee, and trigger finger surgery. Excellent results!
Dr. Ward is a great Dr. and his assistant Randi! They took great care of me, I appreciate their care and concern. I had to have a partial knee replacement. I reccomend them to anyone needing an Orthopedic Dr. !!
I had a great experience with Dr Ward- he was honest and upfront - the wait was less than 15 mins.
Was very rude. Told my single mother that she was disrespectful, a liar, and a attitude. When she was just trying to explain herself. The worst I've ever been treated by a doctor. I recommend anyone to go to ANY OTHER doctor than him. It was just poor the way he spoke to us.
I will never recommend his office for any medical even pet treatment. He might be a good doctor. However, I had only one visit with him. It took one hour to see a doctor. When I try to call the office the next day asking about his office hours I was treated with the attitude. The exact words were "He sees the last patient at 3pm". I asked again about his working schedule and I was not getting any better result. Then I was put on hold and another person answer the phone asking me about my DoB aft
Dr. Ward was so nice, my son had his ACL repaired and he did a great job... He spent the time needed with us to answer any questions we needed. I think two days ago he re tore it messing around on his bike, but because I'm still paying on his last surgery we can't get in for another appt. That makes me sad. It's not Doctor ward at all, it is the billing office. :( use Doctor Ward he is wonderful.
