The manger is always very helpful and a pleasure to deal with,very knowledgeable.
I love the quietness. The old owners kept it nice and clean. Never see anyone doing trash or maintenance. Not any real amenities. Laundry room isn't kept clean. Charlotte does a good job keeping up with things. You should hire a maintenance man. Convenient location.
Awesome changes with the new management and maintenance. Definitely recommend
In my 48 years of life I haven’t been in a worser apartment than this the walls are dusty they don’t care it takes FIVE WHOLE mouths to fix my shower and are COMPLETELY RUDE she doesn’t allow to smoke but has a whole margarita and smokes in it 24/7 the apartment are SOOO old that you can hear your neighbor walking from the kitchen the walls gets moldy and they don’t give you the code for Landry scamming me to pay so much money for just 2 bedroom but won’t give em access to the Landry what type of mangentment is this they wil... read more
