Please don’t let the 1 star review cause you not to rent here, this is a wonderful place. The man was drunk trying to fight with lawn people, cussing while his wife was in there apartment after just having a baby. This man has a drinking problem to the point of his wife having to call a neighbor to get him up off the floor. I am not the only resident who witnessed his behavior on that day, he was very lucky he wasn’t put in jail.
My family and I lived here for 3 years. The original management was horrible they didn’t do anything! The wallpaper was falling off the walls we were told to tape it, the dishwasher wasn’t working they pulled it out “jerry rigged” it and pushed it back in, pipes leaked they wouldn’t fix it till the bucket we were told to put under it was full of water and our personal items were ruined. Was 6months pregnant in the middle of summer the air conditioner went out and they refused to fix it. There were holes in the laundry floor ... read more
I have lived at Lyn Terrace for 2 years, the rental agent and her husband were the rudest people I have ever seen. About 4 months ago the company fired them and have new management they are wonderful people, for the first time we have things fixed and it’s so much Clearer. The residents now want to walk around and visit with other families, it’s become an amazing place. Thank you owners for coming to our rescue it was much needed.
