I made sure to follow all directions with keeping hydrated thruout the day and eating 2 hours before my appointment. I noticed that within 24 hours after my lymphatic system was drained that my varicose veins and swelling in and around my ankles have gone down. I had my first lymphatic massage. It was an awesome experience with a knowledgeable therapist. I felt welcomed by Amber upon entering the office and my therapist Lacee was very professional explaining what was happening as she massaged my lymph nodes. She also informed me of what to expect afterwards. I’ll be going back before I go home!
