Their staff is probably great but I never got that far. 1. They never answer their phone. It doesn’t matter what day or when. They don’t answer. I was lucky to get someone after they had called about my referral to them. 2. I gave all of my info for them to check the insurance before made an appt. they said that was fine. They called me several days later to ask me to make an appt. I asked about the insurance and they said they can’t call about insurance until I’m scheduled. 3. I am surprised at how I look after treatment did not expect to look so much smaller. Working magic in this clinic. These girls always answer and I seen them upfront the phone don't ring but twice before they pick up. Jenkins must be calling weekends after hours or something. Never had issues w that they are always available to answer questions

I've had "treatment" elsewhere and let me tell you this place gave me a ton of helpful info even with my first session. I love that they are able to see me 5X a week compared to the other place wrapped me once a week and had to fend for myself until my next visit. no progress with that set up. They are more knowledgeable and so very sweet on top of it.

Everyone at the lymphedema clinic was very helpful, nice and informative. They helped me a lot with what comes next.
