The medical treatment is good but I had to stop going due to surgery. I had prepaid for services in cash and have reached out to them a multiple occasions to have those funds returned to me. I have been told over a month ago that a check was going to be sent out to me. Nothing yet. They are dragging their feet on sending me a refund. I have been told multiple times that I would have my refund within a week and still nothing. They are quick to take my money but painfully slow in returning it. LTS was a positive experience and I felt well taken care of while there for my therapy. Arlene was especially skilled, thoughtful and patient. I appreciate her kindness.
