I wasn’t sure what to expect with a lymphatic massage but Anastasia explained everything to me when I went in and asked if I had any questions. She did a fantastic job! I do feel like it was very cleansing, kind of like when you do a gut cleanse. The things that came out of me where different then normal. Sorry that may be too much information but I did feel better and slept better the next few nights. Hopefully will continue to sleep better.
