Anastasia, is a outstanding massage therapist. The lymphatic massage made me feel refreshed, energized and lighter on my feet. Especially helpful after having Parathyroid surgery. I've also had a significant reduction in swelling and bloating. For many years I've also had back, hip, neck, shoulder and sciatica pain. 2 back surgeries resulting in scar tissue as well. Anastasia is nothing short of a miracle worker. She is extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable, and expert in her practice and also body wellness. My lymphatic system was at a standstill from years of stress/medical and from the first session she was able to get the lymph system moving again and rapid detox. I had a 60 minute lymphatic glow massage. We focused on my upper body and face, as I was preparing for my engagement shoot. Anastasia was incredibly knowledgeable, and had lovely energy. I walked out feeling calm and relaxed. I also had a noticeable reduction in puffiness in my face and upper body. I feel so confident going into my shoot. I can't recommend her enough!
