Rachel helped me with what was essentially full-body edema — a lingering side effect of Covid. Her deep knowledge of the lymphatic system and her massage work "woke up" mine and got it moving again. She's also genuinely kind and gives you her full attention throughout. Her space is a relaxing retreat right across from Lake Merritt, with easy street parking. I highly recommend her services.

I have ME/CFS and was interested in trying the Perrin technique, so I was excited to find someone who does both Perrin and lymphatic drainage. I have been seeing Rachel weekly for the past five months, and in that time have gone from moderate-severe ME/CFS to mild!! I just had my first session with Rachel. It was my first full lymphatic drainage massage. I was looking for ways to help my body heal from the spine surgery I had three months ago. I could tell right away that Rachel was knowledgeable and skilled. She found areas that needed more attention and explained why. It was an incredibly relaxing session and Im looking forward to coming back!

I visited Rachel 10 days after my surgery and then weekly for the next month and a half. Each visit I left feeling stronger, more relaxed and restored. Rachel had the right touch for each moment in the healing process and really listened and responded in her treatment based on what I shared with her about how I was feeling in my body.
