At this place, they've changed my appointment time more than once. One day I arrived and they told me my appointment was canceled. I think it's very poor work by the person who works across the street. I loved the work Chin does; she's very concerned with her clients, which is why the place felt easier for me. Today was my last massage and I arrived at my scheduled time, 11:00 am, and they told me they would see me at 11:25 am with the person across the street. They also changed the person. The Receptionist At The Preston Location Allan Is Very Rude And He Always Messed Up My Appointments And I’m So Happy I Don’t Have To Go There Anymore Since I’ve Found A New Place for my massages he Kept Trying To Charge Me $65 Dollars For His Mistakes and wrong doings he Basically Harassed Me & Kept Threatening To Cancel Me As A Client So I Decided Not to finish my package I purchased & will be filing a claim instead. I been going every day for a month now, I recommend Bri a 100%!! She has healing hands and really loves what she does, she is very professional and sweet. I tried the other two ladies they have there but honestly can’t compare to the quality and level of care that she delivers every single time. She is a true gem to this facility.
Bri is the ABSOLUTE BEST and the staff is AMAZING!!!!
