TRASH EVERYWHERE! I have never lived anywhere that does trash pickups at random spots through the neighborhood, but no containers for it. Just trash bags by a tree and it's only twice a week. People do not follow the rules and use cheap bags that they put out early and animals get to them all the time. This means trash is everywhere. The HOA and Property Managment company (UPA) do not care at all. Parked in a visitor spot like any normal person, you think you would be safe, but no, they tow you because you need a parking pass to park to visit people, and they charge each resident 30 dollars per pass. What if they were having a family event? Secondly, they get the most amateur tow companies to tow your car. I picked my car up from the towing lot, and they damaged my rear tire and my front bumper going over those speed bumps that are just huge for no reason. I have lived in this community for 10 years. It used to be a great place to live but that has changed drastically over the years. They switched to using UPA as their Property Management Company and they are the absolute WORST! The Board does whatever they want, do not listen to homeowners, and installed cameras in trash pickup areas without sending any notice to homeowners. Lyme Regis is a great little neighborhood and the condo units have a bright open floor plan. The neighborhood is kept up really nice, pretty landscaping and they are strict about uniformity of exterior which gives the neighborhood a pleasant curb appeal and keeps the property values up. The development has a great pool for summer time and dog stations throughout for poo disposal.
