Reputable company?!? You tell someone they have a job offer and keep them on the hook for a week? Then call and say you hired someone else because they wanted less pay! You pay for what you get right? Also did you ever think as such a reputable company to maybe ask if they would take less pay? Nope you didn't but hey thanks for the job offer lol I have dealt and worked for bigger companies and never have seen such horrible HR department.
