Hired them to draft building plans for a small residential addition, it took months and after I paid 1/2 down, the price went up. I’d recommend using a different service if possible.
Staff wasn't helpful. Lingered about 15 minutes hoping someone would help, nothing. Went and looked for someone and although the store seemed empty I could not find an available employee. I left. Emailed the company on their website asking to set up an appointment to buy cabinets (that I needed within 2 months, ready to purchase) no one ever contacted me.
We went through Lyman for our new construction. Doors, trim, cabinets, hardware, etc. Brenda was so nice to deal with, and patient. She knew exactly what we wanted and is so knowledgeable. Thank you.
We are in the process of upgrading our interior doors and window trim. Gunner has been very helpful. A quote for the doors and trim we need were emailed the same day that we gave him our item list and he's followed up on our email correspondences in a timely manner. It's been a wonderful experience to work with him.
