I hired Lyman in 9/19 to have my roof & gutters replaced; front windows, front & garage doors rewrapped-old wrap removed; and new facia put on the front. They did do my roof in 10/2019 which was the bulk of the money. Gutters were installed 1/20; were warped and leaked--could see the sky through them. They had some guy come out in 2/20 to do my windows he just covered up the old wrap--half of my house was done when I told him it does not match the back and he had several excuses about the job. Miss ******* is correct about the wraps. The type she wanted has not been done for 20yrs. They do not even make the tool to do it anymore. We did find one company that had the tool and tried to set it up to get done. She had told she had found someone that could do it so we agreed to let her take care of it. We strive to be the best and sometimes just not enough for some people. We were in the process to warranty the gutter and we received a demanding call from her son to refund the gutter money. In February of 2018, my husband and I decided to have the roof on our house replaced. It had the old t-lock shingles from the early 90s at the time. We looked through the previous owners receipts that had been left to us and noticed that they had used Lyman Exteriors to shingle the garage roof in 2010 or 2011 after a hail storm.
