My daughter and I go here often. Today I was really upset and disappointed. The person I had rushed through. She did not take her time at all. Did a horrible job on my cuticles. It was not relaxing at all. I left there pretty pissed off.

I haven’t had my nails done in a while so I made an appointment at LyLy which is close to my house. Nu did my full set.🤍 She was so fast, literally half the time it takes anywhere else and they were perfect…I am pretty picky too. This will be my go to place for nails from now on.

Techs do a decent job but the small lady the owner Nicki I believe is very rude to her staff especially to the receptionist. I have been in this location more than a few times and almost every time she is talking very rudely and condescending to the young girl. Have witnessed her rude to other staff also. Not a good look to chastise employees in front of customers

I been going to LyLy's on and off for years (Only because I live 40 mins away) but they never disappoint. I didn't have an appointment but was seated quickly, the tech was great Clean professional and friendly salon.
