they should really take “walk-in’s” off services offered. they just turned me away for being “busy” with only two customers in there. luckily there’s a nail salon behind this one!

I used to go here regularly about 8 years ago when I was in high school. It was my favorite salon, and I would not go anywhere else. Since moving for college, I went back occasionally. It has gone very downhill. Most recently, I got a pedicure. The painting of my nails was not good. About 4 toes had large bubbles. When I asked for them to be fixed, they just painted right over the bubbles. The layers of polish were very thick and took a long time to dry. Overall, there is little attention to detail here now. I’ve tried multiple nail techs at this location and only one was able to give me the shape of nail I wanted. I always wanted short but all of the techs never went short enough or even made a point to tell me I should keep my nails long. They finally drove me to purchase my own at home gel nail kit and I don’t see myself going back to a salon regularly anymore.
