I been going to LyLy's on and off for years (Only because I live 40 mins away) but they never disappoint. I didn't have an appointment but was seated quickly, the tech was great Clean professional and friendly salon.
I was very disappointed with my experience today. The nail technician never greeted me, did not ask about my preferred nail length, and handled my hands aggressively. Gel polish was left on the skin surrounding my nails, and when I politely asked for this to be corrected, it was clear that she was upset by this request. She frequently made faces that conveyed annoyance. The service felt rushed and I overall did not feel comfortable or valued as a customer. I don't think that I will return.
Nikki the owner is my go to for nails! Her and her staff always do an amazing job and are always so friendly!
they should really take “walk-in’s” off services offered. they just turned me away for being “busy” with only two customers in there. luckily there’s a nail salon behind this one!
