Got a 2017 Honda accord from this place and have had absolutely nothing but issues sense I've gotten it. I heard mixed things about Lyles, went with the benefit of the doubt. Biggest mistake I've ever made. Dawn the lady is a sweetheart herself, has great customer service skills..... but the car itself was not worth the money nor time energy and stress I've had to put into it sense I bought it.
I purchased my vehicle at Lyles Motors. I recommend them every chance I get.

Overpriced and high mileage vehicles. Has one person working, and don’t adhere to the hours of operation posted.
I would LOVE to give 5 stars because the lady I met and talked with, Dawn was amazing. Her customer service skills are awesome, but my car did great until day two the engine light comes on. I called her to see how good they stand by their vehicles and I’m still waiting on her to speak with her sister, I guess since I haven’t gotten a call back that means the repairs is on me after Founders cut them a niceeeeeee check for my 2016 Honda…..”My advice” if you test drive their cars, take it to a close by repair shop to get it che... read more
