Here’s an update from the one that’s below. So after my divorce, I moved away and let me tell you they have given fault rental reviews on me! Twice now they’ve costed me housing that goes based on my income, but that’s OK. I lived there many years. If the lady owner didn't like you she would be very rude to you & your family & if you need repairs because of leaky pipes or sewer, they would take up to 3 yrs to do any repairs & make you pay for the high water bill. If you don't kiss up to her she doesn't like you. And is eager to believe the worst about you true or not.
