Really great experience finding and working with everyone at Lyle. From my first outreach the whole team was so responsive and professional. I had literally just moved into my new (old) house in the midst of that New England heatwave and discovered my electrical system needed attention. The Lyle team very quickly got in to see me, recommended a few great solutions and presented a very reasonable proposal. The team onsite were excellent. So happy to have worked with a great, family owned business here in Western Mass!!
We contacted Lyle electric in the morning on a weekday. We heard back ti schedule an estimate the same day. The estimate, work and completion was all set within days. The invoice came and we paid electronically. It’s always smooth with Lyle.
Excellent on all accounts. Did more than required in helping to get an appliance installed.
The interaction with staff is fantastic. Very personable and very professional. They do fantastic work. All of the installations is top notch, and attention to detail is in their workmanship.
Fabulous experience. Everyone at Lyle was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The job was quoted and within 4 days of accepting the estimate, the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company.
