Awful property management company - stay as far away as you can get. Don’t honor the terms of their lease agreements.
This "management company," and I use the term loosely, is refusing to work with the owners of the Best Bookstore in Palm Springs to repair their broken air conditioner at the height of summer. The terms of the lease state that the owners of the building, whom Lyle manages, are responsible for fixing the air conditioner, and yet over a week later, the owners of the bookstore are still sweltering in their store. Nobody should allow these bat rastards to manage their businesses.
