I have a mercedes auto that needed service, called this morning and the receptionist was extremely rude! I would never trust this company and I suggest anyone needing service to exit quikly!

My family had the best experience with Dennis. He arrived in half the time roadside assistance quoted, worked hard to try to get our uncooperative tire off and then wouldn't leave us until he knew we had a plan to get home safely. We ended up having him tow us back home. He was kind, fair priced and a pleasure to spend the forty minute ride with. He was truly concerned about our young children getting home safe. I would call them any time I need assistance. He should be given employee of the month. Great person.
