My truck died the friday night after Christmas, I called Sturday and had it towed to the shop. Even though it was after the listed business hours the truck was finished and I was able to head to a party out of town with no troubles. Additionally I was told the towing fee would be reimbursed since I visited them earlier in the year. Being new to the area (I moved here in March from TN) these extra little things make me confident in their shop and I am sure to use them again.

Lykon Automotive is a first class business. Appointment time at 9. My car was on the rack 10 minutes later. Problem confirmed shortly there after. Quoted a price and probable time of completion. And with a convenient loaner car I was out the door! Their shop is clean and organized. And their office staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

Before Lykon's, my loyalty lay only with my mechanic Rob, never his place of employment. Quitting his job and moving out of state, forced me to also move on. I've been going to Lykon for the last 5 years and their service keeps getting better each time. Over the last 6 months I've had problems with my car and from Bridget at the door to Gerard giving me a ride home & picking me up each time, A+ team they have..
