Just got a letter in the mail today stating they would not bring me fuel anymore after the 29 th of November been with them for maybe fifteen years always paid my bill on time go figure they said it was a tough decision but o well. guess cutting off the little guy.
Not sure why the bad reviews, I've gone with Lykins in Massilon for like 9 years for my farm diesel, and always an easy and good experience: great customer service when I call (Julie is always great to work with) and with delivery (I ask that the call to let me know they're on their way, they do; and ask that they use a back entrance which they always do, it's in my profile I guess; every driver is always friendly and professional). They are poorly ran and down right RUDE !
Before April 2023 my elderly Mother paid ahead her fuel oil with Lykins. In April 2023 she cancelled Lykins. She did not receive a refund or any statements. She wrote them a letter asking them for her refund. She did not receive it. In July, my elderly Mother paid for Cramer Oil to fill her tank. In which they promptly did. Great Company. On 8/24 a man from Lykins knocked on her door and told my elderly Mother that her pipe to her fuel tank was clogged and there was something wrong with it.
