Would love an explanation on why we were disconnected from our propane without any sort of notice especially during the week of the 4th of July. We can’t use our stove. Our tanks are on really good levels.

Got a letter 3 weeks ago saying I needed a whistle. I called them up angry, since I was upset and it was the end of fall. The lady on the phone looked up my account and said I was good, that I already had a whistle. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I call to order oil because I’m low.
