Sucks
Day one we had roaches and drainage issues that resulted in water seeping under our floorboards. 4 months in our sink completely overflowed despite us not using it at all and being very careful to not dispose of food in it. Maintenance did respond in a decent time frame but it doesn’t change the fact that these properties are an absolute mess and not worth the trouble. I really would not recommend renting with this company, they are constantly cutting corners and misrepresenting their properties.
Moving to a new home is always difficult and I had to deal with a lot of home team and northstep NONSENSE until I toured my new apartment on 4th street with the lovely Cecilia at Lykens! She was very profesional and made me confident in renting with Lykens, she made sure the new house was spotless and the process was as easy as posible. My roomate and I knew this was the new house for us after our tour with her. Thank you Cecilia!!!
We’ve loved renting with Lykens! The apartment is beautiful and all of the fixtures are nicely upgraded. Beyond that, the maintenance has been incredible. We were having trouble with a faucet and water heater they promptly replaced both and were communicative along the way. I’ve never had an issue getting a hold of someone at the leasing office when needed and it’s been a really great experience all around.
