Moving to a new home is always difficult and I had to deal with a lot of home team and northstep NONSENSE until I toured my new apartment on 4th street with the lovely Cecilia at Lykens! She was very profesional and made me confident in renting with Lykens, she made sure the new house was spotless and the process was as easy as posible. My roomate and I knew this was the new house for us after our tour with her. Thank you Cecilia!!!

The place is nice, responsive, and affordable. I requested maintenance in the laundry room and they responded less than 24 hours later and fixed the issue. the reviews had me nervous but i’ve had no issues.
We’ve loved renting with Lykens! The apartment is beautiful and all of the fixtures are nicely upgraded. Beyond that, the maintenance has been incredible. We were having trouble with a faucet and water heater they promptly replaced both and were communicative along the way. I’ve never had an issue getting a hold of someone at the leasing office when needed and it’s been a really great experience all around.
Absolute worst rental company I have ever dealt with. Because of their negligence, I have gotten screwed over with an outrageous electric bill. They have lied multiple times to cover their own butts. They should be taking accountability and paying for the bill. Instead, They screwed me over and I am left to pay this outrageous bill.
