Maintenance is absolutely horrendous. Too many specifics to elaborate here
I moved-in to one of lykens property apartments less than a month ago. I haven’t encountered a single day of peace in this place. From security alarms going off inside my unit at 2am and their emergency line telling me “this isn't on our list of emergencies, you have to put in a work order”. Broken oven that was “supposed to be fixed” before I moved-in when I brought it up during my tour 2 months BEFORE I moved in. If part of living is a secure luxury apartment community where your windows get smashed multiple times in the parking lot and your packages are constantly stolen out of the mail room, then Lykens is the perfect company for you!
They don't have a good verification process, wastes your time, and horribly prepared didn't know the basic utilities for the unit. I have perfect rental history and make the rent in 1 week and did not qualify because I was self-employed, the rent I pay now is more than the unit I toured.
