NEVER. NEVER. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Unethical. Doesn’t stand by their “warranteed” work!! Lies to insurance company about contact with customer. Told us he “over estimates the repair so he doesn’t have to go back to insurance company”. $15,000 turned into $22,000 because he wants to charge the insurance company to repair his screw up. Had to prove to him and insurance with pictures the vehicle’s condition before they touched it AND HE STILL WANTS TO CHARGE US MONEY TO FIX HIS GUARANTEED WORK! Time for an attorney
Three years later and 12 trips to Lyk-by and other shops for the original repair and we still have problems with car. The front bumper still doesn’t fit right the headlights still point low and now (while on vacation) found out the a/c condenser coil is coming loose
So we took our jeep in a couple of years ago after a fender bender and just the other day our turn signal light went out so while getting an oil change I asked if the turn signal bulb could be changed. The tech comes out and says ma'am I don't know who repaired your vehicle but they taped the bulb into place and did not replace the cracked light socket. They picked up my 57 Chevy on a Friday pm and delivered it back on The next Monday am. Complete paint job and looks great. Owner for 44 years and never looked better. Very happy
The body work WAS very good. Despite the fact that they returned my car to me without telling me the Check Engine light was still on. But nevertheless. Car looks brand new. However, the customer service was deplorable. I never write reviews, good or bad. But it is my opinion that I have never been treated so shady or poorly by a company that claims to be professional.
