I have a necklace passed down to me that is almost 30 years old, I wear it daily as it has a lot of meaning to me. My husband took it here to get it fixed back in 2024. Darren did a wonderful job fixing the necklace back then and we had such a great experience that when it broke again (this time in another spot) this place came to mind to go in to get it fixed again. Came in to get my chain clasp repaired and pendant polished due to tarnish and Darren was amazing. He makes you feel welcome and explains the process of the repairs fully. I would recommend coming in to see Darren for any questions about your jewelry.
I have been going to Lyght Jewelers and doing business like simple jewelry cleanings and have gotten to know the owner Darren who is an honest down to earth jeweler. I got engaged and right away l knew where I was going for my fiancé’s ring. I went in to see Darren with an idea in my head and we brainstormed. And all I could say is he hit the nail on the head! I walked in to see if I could get an anklet repaired and instead I received sound and solid advice against doing so. They even put my anklet under a microscope to justify why repair wouldn’t be cost or time effective. It takes a lot of integrity to not be preoccupied by getting someone’s money and ensure they get what they need. I sincerely appreciate our interaction. I will make a point to return in the future. Place smelled terrible and the two individuals that where working seem dirty! The gentleman who I assume is the jeweler had the dirtiest feet, maybe should be wearing shoes or perhaps a uniform to look more professional! Definitely not a place to spend your money!
