This is a real gym, and has the true real gym culture. Everyone here is nice and helpful. Mike and Jo let me come in for a few weeks while I was in town and everyone introduced themselves day 1. I can only hope that every gym I visit from here on out is like this one. Now let's talk equipment. This gym has it all!!! From 0.25# change plates to 100# leg press plates. And enough 45s to make everyone happy. If you care about your health and well-being, hit up Mike and Jo and join this gym. Live forever and be stronger!
Clean, good atmosphere. Sign up was easy and the people who operate it are great. There is no major contract or obligation, pay is month to month. Nice, wide range of equipment despite being small. I have several friends that go here now after trying it out.
I started to come here a month ago and I absolutely love it. As someone who was once active, and is trying to get back in shape, I love coming to a gym environment that is comfortable for me.
