Absolutely love this gym. Made the switch in August 2025 and I’m so glad I did! This gym has everything you need, a great place to train, an awesome gym community, and the owners, Mike and Jo, are amazing people! I highly recommend Lyft Station.

Great gym. Has all the equipment I would ever need. It has a combination of equipment you generally don’t see at corporate gyms which is really nice. In addition to their multiple squat racks, they have a hack squat, belt squat and a couple of deadlift platforms. I travel for work and visit gyms around the country. This place might be the best value I have seen. Just an honest to goodness gym. With an easy flat monthly membership with no contacts, what is there not to like?

The gym is clean, convenient, 24 hour access, and has a lot of equipment. The owners are friendly, professional, and don't put up with nonsense. Love this gym!!

I've been there for a few days and I absolutely love it! Mike is one of the best human beings ever and the gym is great!!! Literally something for every skill level and type of workout you wanna do!!
