Saying this is an amazing gym isn’t saying enough. Lyft gym is a gym that gives that hardcore energy but at the same time home vibes. My wife and I were on travel, it was late, but the owner Mike, made extra effort to welcome us to the gym. Best gym in Farmington! Hands down!! We have tried just about every gym in Farmington (literally) and this one is the best. They invest in new equipment continuously and always looking at what else they can add to improve the gym. They repair anything that’s broken as quickly as possible. Absolutely love this gym. Made the switch in August 2025 and I’m so glad I did! This gym has everything you need, a great place to train, an awesome gym community, and the owners, Mike and Jo, are amazing people! I highly recommend Lyft Station.
