I contacted this company to come to my house and fix my garage door, and we agreed on a time window. Around 3 p.m., the technician called me saying he was already there. I left the garage door open and the opener available for him and waited for updates on the issue. By 5 p.m., I returned home and noticed nothing had been done, so I called to ask what was going on and whether the repair had been completed. Very responsive and great professional service. Needed one opener and all four springs replaced on our two doors. LYFT was recommended by our neighbors. Called yesterday, and today Miles came out and did all the needed work in about an hour. Price was surprisingly reasonable - which is always a pleasant surprise these days. Explained all my warranties and next steps for connectivity. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
Lyft Garage Doors was able to come out same day when our garage door broke and our car was stuck in the garage. Their communication was so friendly and thorough from start to finish. They were great to work with, personable and timely. I would definitely recommend working with them.
What a refreshing and easy experience that was to deal with honest and get right down to fixing things kinda guys! Craig and Mike's to the rescue when my lift connector on my garage door gave out this morning....tonight it is fixed and I am super pleased! Will happily refer LYFT any day to any one for any garage door need! ☺️
