I contacted this company to come to my house and fix my garage door, and we agreed on a time window. Around 3 p.m., the technician called me saying he was already there. I left the garage door open and the opener available for him and waited for updates on the issue. By 5 p.m., I returned home and noticed nothing had been done, so I called to ask what was going on and whether the repair had been completed.
