Been going here for nearly two months and it is great. If you want to push yourself, be accountable, and find a better version of yourself: this gym is for you. I train with Slavik and we are pushing past boundaries every time and using progressive overload techniques. If you want to push yourself and become a better version of yourself - this is the place for you.
Slavik was awesome! My cousin and I did a duo personal-training with him and he was great at tailoring the exercises to our different fitness levels while we worked on the same areas. Highly recommend!
Slavik is an excellent trainer who pushes you to your limits but also knows when to back off to prevent injuries. The space is spacious, with fewer people at once, which is great for comfort and focus.
Great space, great energy, definitely a great workout. I worked with Faryan over several months and he elevated my program, helped me recover from an injury and build muscle and fitness. Definitely recommend.
