Lyfenmotion is the place you have been searching for. Motivation and support from Coach and the group training is unreal. This place has changed my LYFE. High intensity workouts without guess work. Coach is by your side teaching and guiding you the whole time. The group is there with you working hard, cheering you on and motivating you to give it you all. This experience has been a blessing to my overall health. All the so called “diets” I have tried over the years could not measure up to what I am experiencing at LIFE N Motion Fitness (LNMF). The support, and results I have received from coach and my group is amazing. We encourage and help motivate each other to keep pressing on before, during and after our workouts.
