So incredibly disappointed with my stay at LYF Collingwood. This is honestly a glorified hostel, not a hotel. The room was tiny and had virtually no facilities. The blinds don’t even cover the windows, so outside light floods into the room all night. Add to that the bright AC light that illuminates the entire room, and getting a decent night’s sleep becomes almost impossible. The lack of privacy and soundproofing was honestly shocking. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is awesome within walking distance of the vibing Smith St filled with bars, restaurants, cafes, vintage stores. The King room was clean and modern but didn't enjoy the frosted glass bathroom (not great for toilet privacy) and one side of the bed is pushed up against the window.
Small room and no service I feel. Nice and friendly staff members.
