It's a real great service at Lyell Mcewin Orthopedics clinic when you have doctor that is so rude and walks out on a patient before the appointment is finished. The doctor I had tell me if one has a BMI greater than 40 That the hospital can refuse a patient hip surgery never heard such crap in all my life.The hospital is a building not a person.More likely it is a doctor in that clinic playing games.
Not the best place for an emergency. Waited 4 hours last night and still haven’t seen a doctor. Ended up cancelling and returning home. Now back here again as it was suggested from my GP to go to the hospital. Heard that there were people waiting from 2am and still haven’t been called and this was at 2pm (12hrs). I don’t know if they’re understaffed or just don’t care… I feel like this Hospital needs to improve their process and staffing. Might be thinking of joining a private health fund after experiencing this.

I had breathing difficulties and heart bypass surgery back in 2022 they took good care of me there
