Don't let the tech savvy site and patient form fool you, this team does NOT have their act together. They are all siloed: techs only do tech things, your hygienist only cleans, etc. I was initially helped quickly, scans done (even a worthless one in case I wanted to get braces as 45) and then wait for another hour before I began wandering and asking the receptionists and someone else sitting around when i would be helped.
