This building is overpriced for the experience offered to residents. The trash rooms are consistently in disarray, my washer was full of mold when I moved in, my AC was broken for days during a heatwave with no word from maintenance — the list goes on. My most significant complaint is the package system the management uses, Parcel Pending, which is genuinely a consistent source of stress for me. Really frustrating move out - they charged me on top of my deposit, didn't follow California regulation, ghosted me, and sent me to debt collection. Staff besides the manager were always very kind and helpful although maybe understaffed at times. Unit itself was very nice with nice safe parking if you get a spot. There were frequent building-wide maintenance reasons to go into the units. EDIT: the Alameda Country District Attorney office was able to help me get money back after almost a year of them also having to pull teeth... read more
