Good review I see
I had a great experience with the maintenance team on April 10, 2026. Jose and Esdras came out to replace my refrigerator and did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, courteous, and worked efficiently to get everything installed and running properly. As someone that has dealt with poor Maintenace in the past, it was a breath of fresh air to have Esdras be so attentive to all of my apartments issues. We need more workers that are willing to get the job done. He was super careful while working and listened to all of my needs, a job well done!
Esdras & Jessie were very helpful with our maintenance request and figuring out the solutions in a timely manner.
Esdras came in for my requested maintenance and immediately knew what he had to do to fix the problem with my bathroom faucet and stove light. He was quick and everything was fixed in under 10 minutes.
