Chunga is excellent and always goes above and beyond to ensure that all building maintenance is handled. With a positive attitude and strong work ethic he handles all maintenance challenges and adds to the living community at the Lydian. He is truly an asset to the team and I could leave a more outstanding review for anyone. He’s the real MVP

Since my family and I have moved into the Lydian, our experience has been very pleasant . The amenities have been maintained very well and the staff has been extremely kind ranging from custodial to security to the maintenance staff. I want to also give special recognition to Changa for being so kind and responsive to all the concerns we’ve had with repairs, inspections and overall general questions. He goes above and beyond and has made our stay thus far extremely welcoming.

I’ve lived in this building for about 4–5 years, and what’s always made it feel like home is the staff. Over the years, people like Amber, Patricia, Diego, Molly, Paul, Heidi, Mo, Jose, and Tyra made this building feel warm and welcoming. They took time to build real relationships with residents, remembered our names, and truly cared about the community. Most of them have since moved on, but their impact was huge.
