Poor management. Poor communication. They will take as much of your security deposit as possible, no matter what you do. Do not bother cleaning at all (literally at all) when moving out, because they will charge you full cleaning anyway. Even after moving out (2weeks already passed in my case), they will still find something to add to your final bill even if they have to cancel the check and resend it lol. Love it here! Just moved in!! Shout out to Diego who helped me when i got pulled over by a cop for being on the phone!! We didn't get a ticket!!
