0 Stars. Ordered scrubs for my staff for Christmas on November 15. It’s been almost 4 weeks and nothing shipped. Customer service informed me it may be another 2-3 weeks eventhough website says only 5-7 days for even backordered items. This will be after Christmas. False advertising. Very disappointed. Do not order from this company! Have already told this to all my staff and other professionals.
I placed an order on June 4, 2018 with Lydia's Uniforms. Now almost 2 weeks later my order still has yet to ship. When I check on the status of my order, it says they have accepted it and are getting it ready. On June 11th, I emailed them to try and find out what was going on with my order. I received an automatic response that they were having "larger than normal volumes and you may experience some delays in reply to your message." I would give a "0" rating if possible. The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered 3 sets of scrubs. Was informed upon checkout that some of the items were on back order and re-stocked in 5-7 days. Not a big deal. 14 days later, my order still has not processed. Upon speaking to "Jay" in customer service (if you want to call the department that) my order is on 'extended back-order' --which is not a big deal, but a deal -- but at this point I am still ok with. Ordered online and have been waiting 2 weeks. Got an email today stating my items will ship next week. Needed the scrubs 5 days after ordering and now sitting without. Claim they are all back ordered. Why have it listed on the website if you can't ship for 3 weeks!!
If I could give a -0 rating I would! THE WORST customer service I have EVER had. IF this company continues to operate in this fashion I do hope they close their business. Don't shop with this company! ORDERS take FOREVER TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED! MAXINE customer service representative should be fired.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! NEVER AGAIN HORRIBLE CONSUMER SERVICE DO NOT DO IT! I placed an order for 2 tops & 2 bottoms on July 22. After a weeks a called to see where my order was & was told it was on the way. 5 days later i called again & was told the items was on back order. This place is horrible! Do not purchase anything from this company if you ever want to see it. My company ordered several sets of scrubs and they messed up on the orders at least 4 times. The most recent being not sending us our exchanges. They completely missed their own exchange form and just returned the items and then never contacted us. They were so bad my clinic had to write a protocol about buying scrubs: the clinic will no longer purchase the scrubs for us, we now have to purchase them ourselves and then get reimburs... read more
