Lydia & her team are amazing! We have used them two years in a row now and don’t plan to go anywhere else. They are very thorough with our tax returns and communicate during the whole process. Our return is difficult with multiple W2s, 1099s, and a small business. They always remind us of expenses we can write off that we don’t think about. They try to save us as much money as possible. Definitely recommend!

Stay away from Lydia Simpson. They never return phone calls and this was FOUR MONTHS AGO. They will take your money and if you have a question, you will never hear from them.

I would not recommend her to anyone. She has had our tax information for 2 months, and it was the same way last year. Communication is awful. Her employees send emails asking redundant questions. The worst part is she charged me $700 for a family with 4 dependents, 2 w2s, and a rental. Overpriced in my opinion. Not once did they pick up the phone to communicate. If not for me asking about my filing, it would have been over 10 days without any sort of correspondence.
