Is there a doctor that spends more than five minutes for a full body scan? I’m thinking not.Dr. Carpenter spent about that amount of time for a full body scan and I have had two melanomas. It’s time for me to look for another doctor.

This is a billing related review. My experience with Dr Lydia Carpenter has been okay but my experience with the Skin and Beauty center billing has been pretty rough. After a procedure which was covered by my insurance, i was sent a bill about a month later for a large amount. I contacted the company and the only information they had was that I needed to pay what i owed. I then had to contact the Insurance company and was told all i needed to do was to submit the bill i received since i wouldn't have to pay anything. But the... read more

These ladies Rock! I had the best experience with them. Had a biopsy done and didn’t feel a thing and she even stitched it. Won’t ever go anywhere else. I can’t Thank you enough. You have restored my faith in doctors.

My first impression when I walked in the door, the young ladies at the front desk Larissa and Sandra were very attentive to my needs and answered my questions, Kelly was very nice (Doctor's Assistant) and Dr. Carpenter was kind, gentle and very professional. She gave me the attention I needed. I was not rushed through like a number, I felt at ease during my procedure. Thank you so much. I had a very positive experience and I highly recommend her. E. Wong
