Booked a lymphatic facial and left with my face red and burning, and all they did was put a sheet mask on… there was no technique and nothing about it was a lymphatic drainage facial.

I never post reviews but I just had to for this spa! I have been a recurring customer for a few months and every time is a 10/10 experience. It’s clean, peaceful, the workers are SO kind and professional and the suite is filled with thoughtful additions like snacks, hot tea and water bottles for after the massage. I recently went to their 501 5th Ave location and loved it just as much as their other location. Each time I go I feel amazing and the lymphatic drainage massage keeps me feeling good for days!!
Highly recommend the lymphatic massage massage! One of the best I’ve ever had. Lydia is amazing and very nice!
Wonderful service. Lin was incredibly attentive, calming and considerate and Lydia explained the procedure very well. I felt very taken care of.
