Lack of communication in the office I had to leave some stuff out along with my truck to drop off are rental my wife let a guy in the office know we would be back but didn't know if it would be the same day in the meantime ended up in the ER with a major head injury from an auto accident tried calling numerous times and no answer and mailbox was full Not even 24 hr they were griping me as a business person would have reached out said hey I know ur truck and stuff is still here is everything ok I know u were here and put in s... read more

Been going to them for storage units for years and years, staff there has been the same for many of years and are all very kind warm hearted people who are always will to work with you and help when they can. I would definitely recommend Lyden Mini Storage units to anyone who is in need of a little bit more storage for very fair rates!
