My tankless water heater had stopped working and was showing an error code. Lyday plumbing diagnosed the problem and got busy immediately trying to procure the parts to fix the issue. During that waiting period, the owner stayed in contact with me and let me know that fixing my water heater was still a priority. I'm very pleased with the service I received and very thankful for hot showers.
EDIT: This guy said it is not the same company, typical lying. It has the photo of the guy on the company photos that scammed me, then says some bizarre stuff about Granite City? This guy has some bizarre issues. it has absolutely nothing to do with replacing a working water heater. How would they know anything about work done years ago, but somehow not the same company. I had a plumbing stoppage problem. Choice Home Warranty selected Lyday Plumbing. First of all, it took them 5 days to get to my house. Tech was extremely rude and condescending. He didn't know what he was doing. He didn't fix my problem at all. In fact , he made my problem worse. He told me that I needed new sewer lines. Fortunately, my women's intuition and Divine Intervention, told me to call another plumber.
