EDIT: This guy said it is not the same company, typical lying. It has the photo of the guy on the company photos that scammed me, then says some bizarre stuff about Granite City? I had a plumbing stoppage problem. Choice Home Warranty selected Lyday Plumbing. First of all, it took them 5 days to get to my house. Tech was extremely rude and condescending. He didn't know what he was doing. He didn't fix my problem at all. In fact , he made my problem worse. He told me that I needed new sewer lines. Fortunately, my women's intuition and Divine Intervention, told me to call another plumber. Used our home warranty and was surprised by the fast response for our leaking hot water tank. Brian came within an hour to access the situation and promptly made a full report to warranty company. Two great plumbers came and installed a new tank a day later. Very professional and would highly recommend them. Thanks for getting our house operational again!
They were prompt and knowledgeable. A lot of the 'time delay' was trying to figure out what brand the old plumbing was and I certainly will not fault them for it. It's an old house that has a lot of DIY stuff in it. Once the problem was identified, they quickly got to work and got things fixed for us. Would recommend.
