Slow to respond, hard to work with, ineffective, and dragging their feet on refunding my retainer.
Terrible experience working with this firm. Trying to set up some simple estate planning was like pulling teeth. I had to constantly email in for any response and finally they completely ghosted me after months of trying to finish a will with no response. Have to start over and go to a new law firm. Would not recommend using them.
Kate was wonderful in helping us get an issue with our landlord resolved! She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and helped us get our security deposit back when we had almost lost hope. Highly recommend!
