The proprietor of Lycoming Real Estate is a slum lord scum bag. Don't ever rent from this man if you value your sanity, quality of life, and general well-being. Alan Cohick is the most deceitful, lying scam artist I've ever had the displeasure of coming across. Worst part is, he parades himself around as some sort of righteous Christian to make it easier to prey on people. Avoid at all costs!!! If I could give fewer than 1 star, I would.
