Dr Scott-Thornburg is excellent! She has helped me with several skin issues and I never feel rushed and all my questions are always answered. Excellent nurses and an efficiently run office.
Dr. Scott-Thornburg and her staff are always pleasant, professional, and thorough. Sometimes there is a wait time before seeing the Dr. when I have an appointment, because Dr. Scott-Thornburg has patients from a wide area, and she treats them immediately after examining them, instead of making them drive back for a second appointment. I understand and appreciate this, because I am one of those patients. I just bring a book along, in case I have to wait.

Very pleased with Dr. Thornburg - I feel she provides excellent care, takes time to address all areas of my skin care, and works to help me be proactive in preventing future issues. She is very personable and I would definitely recommend her to others.
Dr. Thornburg came highly recommended, and I was very impressed by her and her staff. She is friendly and straightforward, she explained everything clearly, and I feel good about the care I received.
Dr. Scott-Thornburg is amazing. She was so wonderful with our son. Her knowledge and expertise but us at ease. She helped us understand how early intervention with issues that weren't even on our radar could help prevent long term skin problems. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist for their children or themselves.
I would recommend Dr. Thornburg to all my family and friends. What an amazing doctor and we are lucky to have her in Rapid City.
Did not explain any of the costs and when the bill came it was thousands of dollars. I came in for 2 little things, turned into much more and the work was not needed as it turned out. Would never go back to this doctor!!
Dr. Thornburg is a fabulous caring physician. She explains everything to you and always follows up with me after my my visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Thornburg.
I consulted her sometime in 2010 or 2011 for Melasma around Nov. She asked me to come back in January so my skin can prepare for Laser. When I came back, she looked at me and said Oh, I didn't realized your skin is so dark. Duh! I should have know then the red flag. Anyway, I went on with the laser treatment. She burned my skin so bad that my skin got darker than what it was before the treatment. From then on, she passed me to her PA - Jennifer I think was her name, who is awesome.
