The doctor is very professional and knowledgeable. The issue is that the office never returns phone calls and the doctor requests eye pictures and imaging that insurance won’t pay for and cost hundreds of dollars. I will be switching.
Patients, please, please be cautious before and while visiting this office. My PCP referred me to Dr. Nguyen due to an eyelid infection. I went to my appointment on 9/30/21. Once inside the Doctor's office, an eye exam with pictures was taken, and I thought, wow! This is a very comprehensive examination for an eyelid infection!
