for one you should not provide services on a customer if their feet are not up to healthy standards , I recently started going once every week for a pedicure & was never warned about the thinning of my nails from them drilling down so much / so roughly I even felt the heat through my nails . I feel like a soak off for the polish should’ve been provided / suggested for this case . I had called about a walk-in and they were very friendly and were nice enough to accept me. However, when I got there, I got sat with a girl who was in a back corner all on her own. We were talking a conversation was good up until it came to asking her what design I wanted. The design I asked for had some 3-D gel and some gold chrome and other than that white and brown. Went in 6/11 as a walkin. The guy that sits in the back with glasses did my nails. Thoughout the pedicure and manicure he was very rough and careless, like he was trying to rush. When he was doing my nails, he got lint from the brush on my nails and tried to just cover it with polish. I asked him multiple times to take it off but he did not want to, he just keep putting extra layers of polish on. There was a lady there that finally agreed to take all the polish off my nails and clean the lint off but she seemed hesitant too.... read more
Katie is such an amazing nail artist!!!! She takes her time and makes sure you get exactly what you want!!!! Over all, this nail salon is amazing!!! 10/10
