Nails are crooked and didn’t get what I paid for. I also asked for a design and was denied.
My best friend & I went and got pedicures on a Friday early afternoon. The place was barely busy. We had the worst pedicures of our lives. Pedicures vary each place you get them I understand that. We were in and out of the chair in 30 minutes… we got the luxe pedicure and there was nothing luxe about it. It was like they were rushing to get us out of the chairs. Kaity is seriously beyond incredible!!! She is patient, precise, and she really takes her time to make sure the shape and style is perfect. I mean…look at those nails! They look like press ons! I used to dread getting my nails done at other salons because they NEVER came out right, so I thought it was just my nail beds…. Until I met Kaity. After i leave her I take about 300 pictures every time haha she is the best!!
Kaity is the best!! She’s so quick, attentive and very patient. She was able to free style my nails and always suggests the cutest options. My nails come out so pretty every time
